We undersatnd this can be very frustrating.! From our own experince here are some things to do first. Reference your tracking number to see where the carrier delivered the items and check with any neighbors or other places that packages could be delivered. If the package is still not delivered after a few days the package may be stolen. Please email us within 10 days at @ b4lifestyles.com. if your order is stuill not receved and we will investigae to see how we can help from our end. For other delivery-product issues, please reach out within a 30days of receipt.
